- INM appointment scheduling and accompaniment
Service Scope
MexVisa Pro acts as an immigration consultant, not a law firm. We assist with document preparation, application submission, and process guidance. Final visa and residency decisions are made solely by the Mexican immigration authorities (INM, SRE, and Mexican consulates).
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
- Submit requested documents within agreed timelines
- Attend scheduled INM appointments and consulate interviews
- Inform us of any changes to your immigration status or personal circumstances
- Comply with all Mexican immigration laws and regulations
Fees and Payment
- Service fees are quoted in advance and agreed upon before work begins
- Government fees (INM, consulate) are separate from our consulting fees
- Payment terms are specified in your service agreement
- Refund policy: consulting fees are non-refundable once document preparation has begun, as work has already been performed
No Guarantee of Outcome
While MexVisa Pro maintains a 100% approval rate through careful case evaluation and preparation, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any immigration application. Visa and residency decisions are at the sole discretion of Mexican immigration authorities. We reserve the right to decline cases that do not meet eligibility requirements.
Confidentiality
All client information and documents are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share your information with third parties except as required for your immigration application (INM, consulates, certified translators) or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
